Although
we have been made to believe that if we let go we will
end up with nothing, life reveals just the opposite: that
letting go is the real path to freedom.

What is the difference between
a Foundations 1 Intensive and a Foundations
1 Weekend Workshop?
The Foundations 1 Workshop is a two-day experience on a single
weekend. The Foundations 1 Intensive lasts three full days. Some
Intensives are held on three consecutive Saturdays, and others
take place on three days within an eight-day period. Intensives
offer an additional day of content and allow for multiple sleep
times to process and work with the workshop tools.
Can I take
a Foundations 1 Intensive if I have
taken a Foundations 1 Weekend Workshop?
Yes, you can take a Foundations
1 Intensive after you have take a Foundations 1 Workshop, with
the understanding that material from the Workshop will be repeated
during the first two days of the Intensive. Women who have taken
both workshops have found the Intensive to be a deepening and
clarifying experience.

Twenty years from now
you will be more disappointed by the things you
didn’t do than by the one’s you did. So throw
off the bowlines.
Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the winds in your
sails.
Explore. Dream. Discover.
