Women's Mid-Life Transitions Workshop
Foundation Series Intensive 3 Day

Offered in a private retreat setting in Eagle River, Alaska, on three days - Saturday, August 16, Wednesday, August 20, and Saturday, August 23, 2008 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the workshops will be limited to eight participants.

Day 1 "Whose Life Are You Living?"
A look at the beliefs and "stories" you tell yourself that keep you from living in a more authentic way. A "mid-life review" will help you identify areas where you want to make changes in your life.

Day 2 "Stepping Stones To Transformation"
Using the "mid-life review" as a tool will help you to identify what you want in your life NOW. We will then look at roadblocks that might crop up, role models for transformation, and first steps you can take to bring about the changes you decide you want to make.

Day 3 "Planting The Seeds, Tending The Garden"
The final workshop will help you take the goals and visions you have developed and give you a set of tools and strategies for moving yourself in the direction you wish to go.
